Join Common Readers in September as they read “The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek” by Kim Michele Richardson.

Are you wondering what to do with that abundant harvest of tomatoes and peppers? Then join Patti and Tony Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on September 21 in the library’s large meeting room for a special edition of Taste of the Town.

They will demonstrate step-by-step how to make Patti's famous corn and black bean salsa. There will be samples to try and time to share so gather your foodie friends and make an evening of it!

Space is limited and registration is required. Sign up for the program begins Monday, September 12 at the library or call 419-294-1345 to reserve a spot.

Independent Medicare consultant Holly Frische is returning to Upper Sandusky Community Library for another program to help inform seniors. Join Frische at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14 in the library’s large meeting room to offer her assistance in answering your Medicare questions. She will finish the evening with a game of Medicare BINGO!

Get ready for loads of fun with Miss Jill at Tiny Tots and Preschool StoryTime!

Tiny Tots StoryTime is an energetic program designed for children ages newborn to 3 years old and their caregiver. It will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Mondays, 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, and 11:00 a.m. on Wednesdays. 

Get ready for loads of fun with Miss Jill at Preschool StoryTime! Preschool StoryTime is a fun, interactive program which includes a science experiment for ages 3 to 6. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Mondays.

Do you have a favorite reading genre but no one to talk about it with? Then make way for the Inglorious Bookworms Book Club. Each month the book club will feature a different genre that you can dive into or skip.

Wyandot County Public Health is returning to the Upper Sandusky Community Library in September with another in its monthly series of programs. Join Wyandot County Public Health Child Passenger Safety Technicians for a program all about car seat safety at 6:00 p.m. on September 22 in the library’s large meeting room.

Ready for an interactive movie night for adults and teens? Be careful what you wish for because it’s all a bunch of hocus pocus when the Sanderson sisters fly into town.

Join library staff for It’s All a Bunch of Hocus Pocus: An Interactive Movie Night at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5 in the library’s large meeting room. Grab your movie kit when you arrive, fill your plate with appetizers, and get ready to watch “Hocus Pocus” while having loads of fun.
