Public Computers
The library allows patrons to use designated computers for general internet access, research, game-playing, and office applications.
Patrons under the age of 18 may be restricted from using the internet computers by their parent/guardian by initialing the back of the child’s registration card.
Ellison Room
Upper Sandusky Community Library houses a large collection of die cuts and an Ellison die cut machine. We ask that patrons follow the guidelines below:
Meeting Rooms
The Upper Sandusky Community Library has two meeting rooms available for use by the public. The meeting room policy and procedures are available to read or download. The meeting room application is available as a download that you can fax, mail, or return to the library in person.

Public Notices and Bulletin Board
Non-profit public notices will be posted on the public bulletin board by library personnel only. Please drop off materials you wish to be displayed at the front desk.
1000 books before Kindergarten
Program Overview:
The concept is simple, the rewards are priceless. Read a book to your newborn, infant and/or toddler. The goal is to read 1,000 books before your child starts kindergarten. In as little as 15 minutes a day, families can build the skills for future school and life success.
