Tech Connect is a program at the Upper Sandusky Community Library where staff will assist library patrons with their technology questions every Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Patrons should come prepared with their device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.), a charge cord, and necessary usernames and passwords.
Appointments may also be scheduled if a question needs to be further researched or if a patron cannot attend the designated Tech Connect hour. While staff will try their best to answer questions and help the patron learn about their device, they are not professionals and may not be able to solve all problems or repair computer issues.
