If the winter blues have got you feeling down, then put a little spring in your step with a craft project.  
 
This month Library Assistant Rachel Keirns-Moore will be leading a Crafternoon project where participants can create a fairy jar lantern. All materials will be provided. All you need to do is install the fairy inside and decorate the outside of the jar! 
 
The program will take place from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4 in the Upper Sandusky Library board room in the basement. Children are welcome to participate, but must be accompanied by an adult.
