All ages are invited to the Upper Sandusky Community Library on Tuesday, June 5 at 2:00 for world music and storytelling by the Storytellers, Robert and Audrey Allison. The Allisons use musical instruments including the Australian didgeridoo, Caribbean steel drum, Irish Bodhran, and West African Balafone while sharing stories from around the world that teach positive moral values and character development with humor. Their presentation includes hands-on fun with musical instruments.
Donations of gently used books will be accepted from Monday, June 25 until Friday, July 27 at Upper Sandusky Community Library. You can drop off your books by the elevator in the Library during regular business hours. The book sale is scheduled for August 2-4 with a special preview on August 1 for Friends of the Library members. Find free clothing for the entire family! The Clothing Swap begins at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 5 and runs through Saturday, April 7 at 1:00 p.m. Donations of unwanted, gently used clothing will be accepted until April 4. We will also be accepting formal gowns for this year's area high school proms. Don't miss out on great "new to you" items at this very popular event.
